GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE “PONGO – SAZ OPÉRA” LOYALTY PROGRAM

1. PURPOSE
This document defines the terms of use of the "Pongo – SAZ Opéra" loyalty program, implemented by the SAZ restaurant, located at 24 rue du 4 septembre, 75002 Paris. This program allows customers to benefit from advantages based on their purchase frequency.


2. PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the program is free. It can be done via the Pongo app, by scanning the QR code provided at the checkout or on-site. Membership implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.


3. CONDITIONS FOR VALIDATING POINTS
A visit corresponds to an actual purchase, made in a single payment, on site or for takeaway.

  • 1 visit = 10 loyalty points.

  • No points are awarded without proof of transaction (receipt or scan at checkout).

  • Orders from Uber Eats, Deliveroo or other third-party platforms are excluded from the program.

4. ACCUMULATION OF POINTS AND BENEFITS
The benefits are triggered automatically from a certain number of points accumulated, according to the current grid visible on the Pongo support or in the restaurant.
Points are not exchangeable for cash or transferable.

5. DURATION AND VALIDITY
Points are valid for 12 rolling months from the date of the last recorded visit. In case of inactivity, the balance is automatically reset to zero.

6. PERSONAL DATA
Data collected through the Pongo app is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No data will be used for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

7. MODIFICATIONS / END OF THE PROGRAM
SAZ reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, subject to notifying participants by posting or https://www.heypongo.com/ . Points accumulated will remain valid for 30 days after notification.
